Home delivery

If you don't want to come to the shop for your purchases, it's not a problem, on our website you will find all the products in stock and with accurate and very detailed descriptions. The package is completely anonymous, not even the courier knows the content. With you can request the shipment of the purchased products to a different address than your residence, simply by indicating the address most suited to you for delivery in the appropriate space on the order form during compilation.

Shipping in 24/48 h

Every day we take care to make our customers more and more satisfied. Priority is for us to process orders as soon as possible. The average of our shipments is within 1/2 working days in Malta and Gozo. For orders received before 14.00, our trusted courier will usually deliver the same day the order is placed on our site, otherwise the order will be delivered the next day. For orders sent Saturday and Sunday, delivery will be made the following Monday. If you don't want to wait and want to receive your order as soon as possible or on Saturday and Sunday when our courier is off, you can select "Malta Express in 60min" at a cost of only € 8.90.


How to behave upon receipt of the package

For the complete safety of your purchase, when the Courier completes the delivery according to the methods you have chosen during the purchase, you will simply have to check for any important inconsistencies. The integrity of the package: not damaged or wet and in any case conforming to the standard characteristics of a package. Possible disputes relating to the aforementioned inconsistencies must be promptly raised to the carrier (according to the methods indicated below) because, in their absence, the product is considered by law to have been correctly delivered.

What happens if there is no one to receive the package

Our courier will always contact you before making the delivery. It is therefore important to provide an active number where you can be contacted by the courier. Pick-Up Point

Don't want to receive the package at home? Opt for the Pick-up Point! If you do not want to receive the shipment to your home you can choose to pick up the package at our warehouse. The package can be collected from Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm and on Saturday/Sunday from 10:30am to 6:30pm, we always advise our customers to contact us at the landline/whatsapp number +356 20979742 before going to the Pick-up Point, to be sure that the warehouse does not follow a different time.. Delivery Express in 60 minutes

If you don't want to wait and want to receive your order within an hour from Monday to Sunday when our courier is off, you can select the "Malta Express in 60min" shipping at a cost of only €8.90. This type of service is active every day from 10:30 to 17:30 and is entrusted to a private courier. Our customer service will contact you on the whatsapp number or on the telephone number indicated by you, immediately after placing the order, explaining the delivery procedure.
