Home delivery

The package is completely anonymous, not even the courier knows the content. With you can request the shipment of the purchased products to a different address than your residence, simply by indicating the address most suited to you for delivery in the appropriate space on the order form during compilation.

Shipping in 24/48 h

Every day we take care to make our customers more and more satisfied. Priority is for us to process orders as soon as possible. The average of our shipments is within 1 working day in Malta and within 3 working days in Gozo. For orders received before 12.00, our trusted courier will usually deliver the same day the order is placed on our site, otherwise the order will be delivered the next day. For orders sent Saturday and Sunday, delivery will be made the following Monday. If you don't want to wait and want to receive your order on Saturday or Sunday, you can select the appropriate shipping with an extra cost of € 20.00


How to behave upon receipt of the package

or the complete safety of your purchase, when the Courier completes the delivery according to the methods you have chosen during the purchase, you will simply have to check for any important inconsistencies. The integrity of the package: not damaged or wet and in any case conforming to the standard characteristics of a package. Possible disputes relating to the aforementioned inconsistencies must be promptly raised to the carrier (according to the methods indicated below) because, in their absence, the product is considered by law to have been correctly delivered.

What happens if there is no one to receive the package

Our courier will always contact you before making the delivery. It is therefore important to provide an active number where you can be contacted by the courier. Pick-Up Point

Don't want to receive the package at home? Opt for the Point pick-up! If you do not want to receive the shipment to your home you can choose to pick up the package at our warehouse. The package can be collected from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, we always advise our customers to contact us at the landline/whatsapp number +356 20979742 before going to the Pickup Point, to be sure that the warehouse does not follow a different time.. Delivery by appointment

With an additional cost of € 6.00 you can request delivery by appointment. By selecting this mode during the compilation of the order, you will be contacted by telephone by the courier to establish together the most suitable time slot for your delivery.
