Buy online and collect in the warehouse
With the Pick Up Point service, you can purchase your favorite items online and collect your order for free at our warehouse. During your shopping on ToysPleasure.com, place your items in the cart and proceed with the purchase: at step 4 of the checkout, choose "Pick Up Point" as the shipping method. As soon as your order is ready for collection you will receive a Whasapp message that will notify you that the package is ready for collection (usually in 10/15 minutes).
Ah, remember that if you wish, you can also pay at the Pick Up Point at the time of collection, just select "Pay at Pick Up Point" as the payment method when ordering..
At this point you will have 7 calendar days to go and collect your order at our warehouse and after 3 days we will send you a reminder via Whatsapp and e-mail. If you do not collect the package on time, the order will be canceled and the items will be available again on our website.
Remember to bring your order number with you at the time of collection. You can also delegate another person to collect your package but they will always have to provide the order number.
